What's up!
Hello! Well it's that time of the year again, finals! Lately it's been gorgeous outside, which had made studying almost impossible. It's getting to the point where I can see freedom in the distance! I have been in some type of class for the last two years, this will be my first summer with no classes! I'm excited just to be able to work and relax. Well not much else to say for today as all I've done is study! So TTYL!!!

Itchy Feet...
I have no idea what this blog is supposed to be about. But to let everyone know, I have gross feet. I was lucky enough to get athletes feet in high school. It's stayed with me this entire time, why? The medicine to cure it has one big flaw. You cannot drink beer with it =(... So I choose not to take it! Well that's todays rant...

Yada Yada Yada...
For today's blog, I feel like venting about college algebra. So once college started I avoided taking math the first 5 years at any cost. Now the time has come where I actually have to endure taking the classes. I finished my last math class last semester, now I'm taking my next one. Honestly I don't understand the purpose of algebra. I'm majoring in criminal justice, so why do I need to know how to factor? I feel like math classes should focus on everyday uses like budgeting, measuring out things, or even doing taxes. Venting over.

Best Memory...
I have so many memories, but the one that I remember the most was my trip to the frozen four in 2003. To this day it has been my favorite day on Earth. That weekend my favorite sports team won it's second NCAA National Championship. I had been a Minnesota Gopher fan since I was a little kid and luckily the year before they won it all so I was in good spirits going into the next years tourney. When my dad told me we were going I was ecstatic! The day of the game was exciting, the game was in Gopher territory so the arena was packed with maroon and gold. Once the puck dropped the place was crazy, the game went by fast and before we knew it the Gophers were up by 3 and they were hoisting the trophy! I still remember giving hundreds of high fives while crying in joy, it was a rare occasion that I was lucky to see!

Game Of Thrones
“Never forget what you are, for surely the world will not. Make it your
strength. Then it can never be your weakness. Armour yourself in it, and
it will never be used to hurt you.”
― George R.R. Martin, A Game of Thrones
For Today's blog I'm going to analyze a quote from Geroge.R.R. Martin. Lately I've been on a bit of a Game of Thrones kick, the wildly popular HBO TV show. The season 3 premiere was two weeks ago and the show itself is starting to get very good. The quote I chose really covers a lot of things, in the show a lot of the characters struggle with identity and who they are. The most being Tyrion Lannister, Tyrion who was born into the highest of royalty is looked down upon because he is a little person. Throughout the show people call him an Imp, Halfman, Dwarf and insult him in a lot of ways. But Tyrion knows what he is and he makes it his strength and it does not effect him. So whomever is reading this make sure to watch Game of Thrones Sunday nights at 8 p.m.!

O My A Blizzard!
Well, it's been awhile since I last wrote and I have been pretty busy! Since my last post I have managed to break three ribs, get rear ended at a stop light, my Grandmother was diagnosed with Leukemia and I almost died driving home during the big blizzard yesterday! It's been a rough couple weeks if I had to say so myself, but I am alive so all is good So far I have been struggling on what to blog about so once I find my niche I should excel. But I will be catching up with my blog on Wednesday and Friday so stay tuned!

Blogging + Exercise = ?
For this blog I hit the Gym while jotting down some notes. As I stepped onto the elliptical I looked around and observed I was the only one in the entire room, it was kind of scary! The TV closest to me had on a dumb show on MTV called Buckwild. From the first five minutes of watching this show the stupidity was oozing out of the TV. As I finished the first half mile, I was getting a little tired so I slowed it down a bit as I watched the horrid MTV show. I finally got tired of watching the show so I changed it to the last part of the Wild hockey game. The last part of the game showed the Nashville Predators beat the undefeated Minnesota Wild. At this point I was tired and upset about the Wild lost so I called it a night and I proceeded to exit the gym. I came to the conclusion that when I work out I concentrate more on not dying then anything else. So If I ever try Bloggercising again I will try harder to come up with some better material!!!

Why I Write.
In my younger more vulnerable years, I was an avid writer on forums and on other websites. But with less available time I have started to sway in the direction of not writing at all. Starting in this creative writing class has given me new life and a reason to start writing again. I look forward to starting up writing again and hopefully I can find a niche in the blogger community. I feel like it will be a good way to express thoughts, ideas, and happenings in my life. Along with rambles of sports talk and current happenings around the world. So in a way I am writing to express myself and have fun in the process, this is why I write.
